HumorTube is moving. Not to a new site or URL. I'm physically moving, as HumorTube recently graduated college, so I'll be busy with that for another day. New content coming Saturday.

Messing with Sasquatch
*UPDATE* To see all the commercials in this series, please check out this HumorTube post.
You might have seen other commercials from this series on TV, but this is an internet only version, 'cause it's so hilariouly inappropriate. Just remember, don't mess with Sasquatch!
P.S. You can watch all of the commercials on Jack Link's Messin With Sasquatch website.

Juggling + Music = More Than the Sum of its Parts
This video isn't funny per se, but it's fun. Too much fun to post actually. Its a simple concept: juggling set to music, but it's extremely artfully done. The special effects are awesome, and the camera work is awesome, and the music just fits. I learned how to barely juggle three balls back in junior high. Anyone else know how?
By the way, the song is by Fatboy Slim, and it's called, "That Old Pair of Jeans."

Patrick's Blog (To Kill For)
This is an amatuer short film that is extremely well done. It is much better quality than some of the other amatuer stuff on YouTube. The video description on YouTube describes the 5 minute film as so: "Patrick, a blogaholic will go to any length to impress the girl of his dreams." This is a great concept, and it's extremely well done.

Skeleton Sex
I wasn't quite sure if this was more funny or creepy (or funny-creepy!), but I consulted with my friend, and he voted funny, so here it is. It's sexual, but it's skeletons, so you should be fine if you're at work or around small children or if you're a small child yourself.

Tell a Friend Tuesday
It's Tuesday, which means I kindly request that you (my lovely readers) tell a friend about HumorTube, and then you (my lovely readers) promptly proceed to ignore me. Maybe the angry route will work: go tell someone about HumorTube or I'll stopped posting funny videos!
[Seriously though, I'm just playing around. Of course I'll continue to post awesome hysterical videos for your enjoyment. But it would be totally awesome if you could send an e-mail or IM to a friend who might enjoy watching something on here.]

World Cup IV: The Simpsons on Soccer
When the Simpsons connects, it connects, and this clip lampoons a number of the stereotypes (and realities) of soccer. The nickname thing is great, as is the Spanish-speaking announcer. Not to mention, I've got a craving for some paella now...

Sinful Sunday: Paul and Frank are not Gay
[Sinful Sundays is a feature where I publish something a little more R-rated than normal. It's YouTube, so they don't allow nudity or anything fun like that, but this clip is definitely not safe for work.]
Paul and Frank say they aren't gay, but his video hilariously indicates otherwise. The two guys who made this video have a whole website of other good stuff, that you should go check out.

Slacker Saturday: Nobody's Watching Pilot
[Slacker Saturday, where I have one really long post.]
The writers from two of my favorite shows (Family Guy and Scrubs) wrote a pilot for the WB. It's call Nobody's Watching, and it's really really funny. I would totally watch this if/when it gets on the air.

World Cup III: Juggling + TV = Smash
Sony offered up a nice spoof of the classic Nike soccer ball tricks commercial. I haven't been watching any of the World Cup games yet, do most of the commercials have a soccer theme to them?

World Cup II: Look at the Wittle Pony
At the moment, this is my favorite World Cup commercial, although that will probably change as I post more of the soccer advertisements. Go soccer hooligans!

World Cup I: Brazil v. Portugal Pregame
I'll be posting a bunch of World Cup videos in the coming days, so check back often if that's what you would like to see. I'll kick things off with a Nike commercial which lives up to the high standards set by many of their other great commercials. So as not to offend any soccer fans: Go Brazil! And go Portuagal! And go [you home country here]!
P.S. I love this song.

SNL + MTV Movie Awards = Ron Google
Jessica "Albaquerque" is the other participant in this hilarious Andy Samberg (a guy from SNL) skit. I wonder what Larry and Sergey thought about this.

You've Convinced Me
This commercial is very effective, and I had no idea what it was even for until I saw the tagline. They should show this in schools!

Public Service Announcement
I know this blog seems like all fun and games, but I think sometimes we forget how dangerous it can be. Please be careful out there in joke land, and pay attention to this crucial message.
P.S. I love the forties! Nice touch ladies.

Slacker Saturday: Family Guy Creator's Speech
Instead of taking most weekends off, each Saturday I'm going to post one (much longer than normal) post. Here are the clips from Seth McFarlane's Harvard graduation speech. He is one of the writers (and creator) of Family Guy, and he does impressions of a number of the characters in the speech. Gotta love Stewie!

Kitten vs. Frontrow
Silly cat, Mac computers are for humans. You can have some Trix though. No wait, those are for kids. I guess the only thing you can have is your own featured video on YouTube.

Theme Day Thursday: Flies!
Every Thursday I'll have a new theme and post videos that center around it. This week's theme is flies, chosen in honor of the flies that are buzzing around my house. I salute you, flies, and the humor that you bring to me and this blog.
1) Ameriquest Commercial
2) Condom Commercial
3) Something or Other
I don't actually know what this is, or what it was made, but it was awfully hard to find fly videos on YouTube, so it will have to do. :-)

The Flintstones in America
I can't promise that everyone will like the concept behind this joke, but if you enjoy, it's extremely well executed. I wish I had an old junk van to do something like this!
Nice Try Buddy
I think most of us probably know someone like this guy. That woman should have slapped him!
Tell a Friend Tuesday
Every Tuesday I'm hoping my readers can help out HumorTube in a little way. In exchange for all of these awesome and hilarious videos I bring you, could you just tell one person about this blog?
Whether through e-mail, IM, carrier pigeon or smoke signals, I would truly appreciate it if you would send a friend or two the link to an indivual post with a video they might enjoy or to the homepage where they can check out all of the videos themselves.
Thanks!

Cross-Breeding Animals
Anyone who has hit puberty probably won't get a big laugh out of this joke, but tell it to some of your younger friends and I bet they'll love it.
[It's all about the punchline, which sounds enough like something taboo that it should play well with children.]

Video Game Hilariousness
The only crazy thing that every happens at my school library is streaking. Some University of Michigan students did an amazing job with this Pacman performance. Waka Waka!
This is not only funny, but requires a level of skill and coordination that is hard to imagine. Does anyone know the story behind this?
I'm a little confused by this one. I guess there was some Bjork fight that I missed? Anyway, I played a lot of Street Fighter growing up, and this brings back some memories. Besides, how could I not post a video that contains this comment: "Who thought eccentric girls from iceland would kick so much ass?"
P.S. Hilariousness probably isn't a word, but it should be!

Homosexual Humor
If gay jokes scare you, then cover your eyes, ears, or any other orifice you may choose. Don't worry though, all of these are either G or PG. Being 22, I don't every go see movies with those ratings so I don't really know the difference.
This first one is a car commercial. I can't recognize the writing at the end... can anyone tell what it says? Im curious what country this ran in.
This video takes the classic "I'm coming out" moment and gives it a twist. The gun on the wall in the back is a nice touch.
This last one is another one that I knew was foreign before it got to the end because you never see anything like this in the United States.

Slapstick Prankery
Granted it's a simple concept at work, but these are some great examples. Halloween and April Fool's Day feel way too far away with this type of inspiration!
